Turn-based board games with friends

You do not always need to be online together. An asynchronous table lets each player return for their turn, within the time rules chosen for that table.

Choose the pace together

Real-time play suits a shared game night. Turn-based play suits different schedules. Before everyone accepts, check the selected mode and time allowance. Turn-based does not automatically mean unlimited time.

Keep a two-player game moving

Start with a game both players know. Frequent reactions or choices during another player’s turn can create extra pauses. Agree how often you will check the table instead of assuming the other player is available immediately.

Find your place again

When you return, read the latest activity, check the current objective and inspect the shared resources before moving. BGA Pocket can surface turn state and available activity while the app is open. It currently does not send background turn notifications.
